Warning messages on l322 dash

Hello All
I have amber warning messages at a certain speed. 1) Brake Systems 2) Dynamic Stability Control
3) General Warning triangle.
Following is a message that it’s safe to drive with care and seek qualified assistance. The flashing warnings cease very shortly leaving only 1 and 2 on the dash. These warnings then only reappear on the next journey when I think the speed increases above 30/40 miles per hour?
No faults appear on the 11D Tool G3 however and I have had a new front lower control arm fitted recently which could be only a coincidence. I only became aware of the problem after a motorway trip last week.

Thanks to anyone who can throw some light on a fix as both of my nearest main dealerships are over an hour away.

NB: intermittent warning signs appeared again yesterday but this time an ABS fault appeared on the on the ii Gap tool listings. Might be getting somewhere and car is booked in at a local garage.

Dave

Strange no codes appear on the IID.

Could be worth checking the ABS sensor cable on whichever side you had the new control arm fitted.

I imagine a damaged cable would give those kind of faults on the dash but I'd definitely expect codes on the IID.

Many thanks MW!
I too would have expected a code to show and l’ll have a look underneath as a good starting point. I will report back if I find any thing there.

Thanks

Not on my L322 but when I had a disco 4 I had all those warning plus more. It was a speed sensor on one wheel. Without the speed sensor loads of systems can’t operate and throws lots of codes.

Thanks Philip
Is there a speed sensor on every wheel that needs checking and how did you decide which one if on all wheels? Could be on the front n/s wheel that had a new lower arm fitted the other week.
I’ll report back findings.

Thanks again

I honestly don’t know but I would think so, as each wheel has abs and the abs needs to know the speed of each wheel. A garage did it for me as I was in my way to France at the time so couldn’t do it myself.

You could use the IID tool to look at live data for each of the wheel speed sensors.

If it is a wheel speed sensor issue then one of the data streams will be blank or dodgy compared with the other 3. (Assuming just one wheel speed sensor is bad or has damaged wiring)

Many thanks and I will try that. Got the gap tool handy as I,ve been trying to add another key which has now proved to be blocked and I have sent a message to GAP.

Never rains but it pours!

Cheers
