Ignition barrell not releasing the key

I'm trying to sort out this odd issue my ignition barrel won't release the key

I took it apart and it looks like it has been already dismantled in the past

I found this picture online

It looks it's coming from RAVE but I can't find it in, do anyone knows where to find more infos about it?
