Last week alarm started going off within a few seconds of locking the door. Made no difference whether using the remote or manually with the key. A second press on the remote or the key within 3 seconds made no difference.
Then it magically sorted itself.
On Sunday I drove 220 miles. When I arrived the alarm started its nonsense again.

Have disconnected the under bonnet switch on the drivers side (RHD) at the bulkhead. No difference. Checked and double checked the doors and boot were shut. Made no difference.

So today I've removed fuse 43 5A in the front glove box. Peace reigns.
Any thoughts or suggestions welcome.
