Apologies for the grubby picture, I am temporarily challenged by overhanging trees at the moment!

But, can anyone tell me what the colour of this bonnet vent is please? The car is Santorini Black, so is the
vent Atlas?

I ask as I hope is clear from the picture, the vent has gone very blotchy. That is not darker shadows on the vent, that's the blotch.

So do I need to replace or respray? If I need to replace, is that difficult?

Is this blotchiness anyone else's experience?

It looks like Atlas - and most are.

There's a possibility its 'dark atlas' but then all the grey bits would be - and it's noticeably darker than the majority of FFRR's you'll see.

I'd be inclined to remove, get it sprayed Santorini & refit.

Looks too dark for atlas. I would say 'dark atlas'. The paint is a bit of a pig but some paint places do have it

Dark Atlas? That would look better I guess.

Thing is there is nothing else on the car that is this colour which I find a bit strange.

I was wondering whether to paint it Santorini Black like the rest of the car?

Yep - I wouldn't worry about what colour it is now, just what colour you'd like it to be.

I'd prefer mine to be santorini, but not motivated enough to get it sprayed. However, if it needed doing anyway, then I'd go black.

You did indeed and it's a good idea

My 2013 Santorini Black has a dark atlas hood vent and grille, but regular atlas trim.
