You can do what you like to the suspension but it will always just drop to it's full droop, it will be fine and return itself to normal when let down, if you have height sensors that are nearing the end of their life they may fail but I have had L322's hundreds of time on a two post ramp with no issues....
Jacking on the jacking points is fine as long as the rear points are not rotten like a lot of earlier 322's tend to be, if you haven't already it's a good idea to remove the plastic sill trims and check the sills and inner sills for rot, the plastic does a good job of hiding it.... 
If they are rotten then the front, outside, rear subframe mount is OK to use, jack the car a few inches off the ground and then give it a good rock to make sure it is OK...
Check the maximum lift of the ramp suits the 322, they are very heavy and a lot of ramps aren't up to the job... Pete
