2017 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Silicon Silver

L405 Infomat upgrade

Hi, has anyone upgraded the 2016/17 info-mat GPS map system, ie reprogramming to the later 2017/18 onwards?

1) Did it work?
2) Has it affected the rest of the system of the car?
3) Will it affect the JLR warranty?

I have found someone that can upgrade my system to the latest version and also do the maps,
just wondered if anyone else had gone down this route. 2017 SDV8 4.4 silicon silver AB
