2013 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Causeway Grey

Multiple seat faults, single cause?

Passenger seat has suddenly lost lumbar, bolster and massage functions. Can hear motor/pump on activating any of the three, but no resulting movement in the seat. Strikes me that a single failure affecting multiple functions. Anyone had similar experience? Thoughts on the fix? TIA

Since all are pneumatic, sounds like a leak, or a hose clip failing.. I-pace First Edition Santorini & 2nd car Mazda MX-30 Advantage red/black

I don't work on my own cars. All under warranty.

But this video is from the earlier model. Seems most can be reached by removing lower rear panel of seat..

Better check before you start though..

I gained access to the back of the seat and the problem was immediately apparent.

Sheared nipple on the outlet of the non return valve. Repair attempted, “part only available as part of replacement module” £££

Take the NRV out of the car if not too complex.

Try to make an adaptor piece to refit te hose on the valve..

If you have access to a milling machine, you can make it from aluminum..

Or go and have a look at your garden centre, irrigation systems..

Hi Kellen, I simply glued the offending item in place, taking care not to get any glue inside the tube or valve. Still works! Good luck.

2021 rear seats just need 2 screws removed from the base of the seat, then the covers pops right off. Mine actually fell off.

But of course the seat massage is different. The layout looks like two separate routers for the air bladders, pics attached.
