Changing HUD to km/h

I've changed both the digital Speedo (figures) on cluster and the Speedo dial itself to km/h via the settings, but the HUD and also the cruise control speed remains in MPH. This is confusing at a glance, anyone been able to figure it out or am I stuck with it as a UK car? FFRR SDV8 Autobiography

If you change the units for the trip computer to km/h & litres, then the HUD will change to km/h.
