As I said, Craig fits them properly at the bottom of the window, well out of view.

And from the mirror (though a bit off cos hard to not have the camera in the way!)

Dashcam kaput now. Red light on power button for a few seconds then blank. Both button blank.

Seems to have died.

Have tried rebooting with two buttons pressed down.

Any other ideas anyone?

I ordered the LR dashcam with my P510e

Setting it up was a month long frustration, tried it at the dealership and failed, the app wouldn't talk to the unit. Some nonsense about the first contact needing to be when the ignition was on, but not with the engine running. Eventually had to replace the front (master) unit.

Wanted to download some footage last weekend of an idiot who nearly caused a pile-up on the motorway. Found the footage, downloaded it. Only to find that a) you can't expand it or view it in landscape, so it's a tiny image on the phone, impossible to make out what's happening, read numberplates etc. Which you could live with if you could then transfer the clips to your iphone library and view it there. But you can't.

Useless. Total waste of £600+

Car is going back next week. Think I’ll ask them to remove it.

Whole console on the top has gone too. Internal lights not working, sunroof not working, sun blind not working…

Really? Works for me very well. Just needs someone competent to fit it. Mike - MPx
