Cracked cilinders piston bad injectors 4.4 tdv8

Hi guys,

A mechanic told me about testing and maybe replacing my injectors 4.4 tdv8 200000kms 2011. He says that cilinders 7 and 8 are known to burn and crack because of faulty injectors. I have googled alot but cant find any real info about this so called known issue. I havent got any problems no smoke no extreme fuel use. But just bought the car and want it in good nick. Or this a issue with the SDV8? Thought it was the same engine almost.

Not a known issue as far as i know

What are the symptoms that the garage thinks replacing the back injectors will fix?
