I held off doing my fogs as I read that the light scatters everywhere so I stayed with halogen.

Let us know how you find them.

Headlight ones look good, hopefully much better than standard.

I did the main beam H7's a year ago and they are an impressive upgrade when driving on unlit country roads. (Passed the MOT with them fitted) Bought HID LED replacements from Aliexpress as fitted by Sam but not got round to doing them. My front fog's don't work for an unknown fault that Glenrands couldn't find but TBH I've never needed them on any car. How did you see any difference in HID -LED ? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Yes. The fogs are now more of a spread than the old halogens but don’t get used that much to reverse back.

The difference on the full main beams and the normal beams is well worth the low cost Bow down 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Might be worth checking the CCF file with an IID to see if the box for fogs fitted is ticked? 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I changed the CCF a while back to enable daylight running lights so it may have something to do with it? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

When the weather is nicer, i'll try and read what make and model my main beam bulbs are (as i've always been intrigued myself). They're some excellent bulbs whatever they are, and as far as I can see, they are original spec. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

Worth checking. I’ve done the same for DRL but it didn’t impact the fogs. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I replaced mine's HID globes with LED purely due to the comparitively high cost of the HID globes when an Osram only lasted 2 years. I haven't been disappointed with the LEDs.

Agreed. The Osram are a rip off compared to the price of the Bevinsee LED upgrades Bow down 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I found the difference between the Osrams and Bevinsee D3S to be small in comparison to the H7 difference

OMG the H7s
Not much difference between the Bevinsee V45s v the V55s
But LEDs v original halogen…difference is HUGE

HUGE !

And easy to fit
The pipe for the screen wash refill makes the LHS a bit fiddly

And note when fitting…
The bulbs are polarity sensitive…fit -ve and +ve the correct way round to ensure light up

I've had 4500K HID H7 fitted for my 8 years of ownership. They work well so I have no desire to try LED.

Have always been disappointed with the headlights, especially the dipped beam. I replaced the hid bulbs with new last year and still not impressed. After reading this and other threads I picked up a cheap set of Hid to LED bulbs and fitted them today and at last some decent light. I have ordered Leds for the full beam now to get rid of the yellow and hopefully even more light output on our dark outback roads 2007 TDV8 VSE

Got my front fogs working after 2+ years (Turned out to be the fuse Embarassed)
Never used them so not thinking of LED replacements for these.
Don't HID bulbs degrade over time and need replacing at intervals? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
