Coolant leak - fan contact 4.4 TDV8

Hi all, I’ve had my 2010 4.4 TDV8 for about a month now (my first L322) and absolutely loving it. Unfortunately yesterday it sprung a coolant leak and on investigation I’ve found that the fan has cut a slice out of one of the hoses that form the LR022661 bottom hose assembly.

The hose that has failed is the short length of rubber that goes to the trans cooler at the bottom of the radiator.

I’ve got a few questions for those more experienced L322 technicians.

Is this hose available separately LR only list as an assembly of hoses under part number LR022661? It seems crazy to need to replace the whole thing.

Regardless, is the rubber pipe separable from the assembly? It looks like it should be. Anyone happen to have a spare rubber section left over that they could spare?

About the only consolation with having to buy the hose assembly is that the 13 year old hose set will then all be new.
If I find that the source of a coolant leak in mine is from hoses in the V then I'll replace all of them so none of them can cause an overheated engine.
