Brake downgrade

Was wondering if anyone with a 2010-2012 with the 6 pot brembos have ever done a front brake downgrade?

On the wiki for the upgrade it doesnt really say what years it works for.

Looking at getting smaller wheels for chunkier tyres and the brembos are too big
Thinking maybe to the 4 pot brembos tbh. Could that work? or is the spacing different?

I reckon that fitting 19" wheels is a far better (and simpler) option.

Something tells me that insurance companies would take a very dim view of a brake downgrade! The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

Yeah good point actually. Maybe I will have to just go even bigger tyres and a lift then haha

In case you feel the need to investigate further, the 4-pots from an RRS with the resonance weights removed or moved to the inside will allow Compomotive 18" to fit. L322 4-pots have smaller holes for the mounting bolts so aren't compatible.
