Guessing my issue is around number 7.

Still trying to get some time booked in at my mates garage, no fun having a Range Rover you want to use just sitting there is it.


Guessing this is not a job that can be done on the drive?

Also guessing the bumper will have to come off?! 2009 pre-facelift 3.6 TDV8.

Finally found a fix, went to Pirtek and got a small section of high pressure hose, two jubilee clips and a copper hose to hose joiner.

Basically my mechanic slid the hose over the offending hole and as far down the pipe as possible and joined the opposing end with the oem rubber section (which needed trimming slightly) and it seems to have worked.

So after being off the road for a long time I was pleased to get back driving it today.

This is a fix an L322 breaker I found recommended as he’s done it without any issues multiple times. Guess it’s only possible if you have a leak in the sort of area I did (see below)
