I can see the huge rearspoiler like the Evoque has. It is not going to be pretty if they do that. Luckily I have anyway not the money to buy one of this then. But there is hope that the final design will be differrent. Daniel

France 2013 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Causeway Grey

Current model Vogue and next generation looking very similar.
Hopefully they don't do an Evoque on steroids after all!

I almost think that those models being pictured are still mule bodywork... ie. panels straight from the L322 bolted on.

Its almost too much like the L322 still I think. V8 or else ...

Definitely not - look at the depth and length of the door panels, roof line, screen angles.

I guess.

I had a play in photoshop for a few minutes to take out some of the add-ons ... its going to look a long vehicle either way.

 V8 or else ...

That's the rendering from last month's Car magazine.

I know but I think it's very close what it will be. Daniel

Switzerland 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Saw an Evoque in the flesh for the first time today.

It looks a lot bigger than it actually is. It's quite cleverly styled to look bigger.

I liked the looks, but I think I'd find it irritating to live with.

I also think the design will date quickly, but I hope it doesn't.

What I really liked about it is it moves the whole Land Rover design language much further on. Land Rover now looks like a design leader and the rivals look a bit crap in comparison.

Wish the engineering had moved as far forward.
