Rear washer leaking through headlining

Hi

We bought a 18 plate 405 a few months ago and the rear wiper washer has never worked

Realised there was 2 water bottles in engine bay so topped both up. Tried rear washer and didnt work, tried it again and then realised water was coming through the headlining at the rear and had ran down both sides of plastic trim

Guessing a house has or even just come off a join.

Problem is getting to it? Anyone got any idea or a how to?

Thanks

Yes pull off the rubber seal which holds the headlining down then you can get inside the headlining,
from memory, a rubber grommet holds it to the roof to go to the tailgate

You have to take the roof spoiler off to get to the pipe, a two-handed job to disconnect wires and water pipe on the spoiler, be very careful when trying to separate the rubber hose from plastic joiners/elbows
