First post so I hope this is in the correct place.

New to me RR bought in June (MY 22) with InControl subscription until Sept 24. When I researched insurance the cheapest was Tesco at £1,050 but strangely having a tracker did not effect the price so I declared 'no tracker'.

The InControl subscription for 2025 has come through at £280 so I am considering not renewing the subscription as my insurance is not currently dependent having a tracker.

If I don't renew the tracker subscription will it be possible to renew at a future date if my next insurance renewal requires it? I don't see why but I thought it was worth asking for your comments.

I think it would but you may be better getting a non LR tracker. I understand the thieves know where the LR tracker equipment is and it is easy and quick for them to remove. Onto my 2nd FFRR, this time an L405 5.0L SC AB in SVO Palette black.
