Head unit replacement

Head unit has gone on my neighbours 2010 Vogue ( ive tested alll the units and done the fibre optic loop thing!!!!)
Is there an aftermarket unit we can buy to replace the original, can be stand alone.
Vehicle i mint apart from this and being sold so need to sort something!!!
