Suspension Fault Alert - Normal Height Only

I got the Suspension Fault message appear on the dash yesterday along with the Normal Height Only appearing.

Now I can't hear the compressor running at all and the car is stuck in normal height.

I replaced the compressor 2 months ago when i had the same issue, certainly hope it's not the compressor again Big Cry

I have tried disconnecting the battery but the fault is still there.......I guess it's a trip to my local Indy to get the fault codes read.

Here's hoping it's a sensor osomething cheap.......any ideas ??? Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

it would be bad luck if it was the compressor again, most likely something associated with it..

Wouldn't the compressor itself still be running though? Maybe a loose wire or blown fuse if comp not running at all. No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

No loose pipes, no blown fuses or loose connections.....

Either the compressor is gubbed again or something is inhibiting it's operation...... Evil or Very Mad Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

UPDATE:

Well went out in the car this afternoon, the battery seemed to be quite low as it turned over very slugishly then fired up. Got the HDC alert as the battery was low, then it went out.

Then the compressor started running again and the suspension has been fine since Rolling Eyes

So now I'm wondering if my battery is on its last legs.........still not sure why I had the suspension issues yesterday...... Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

a battery on its last legs does cause a lot of problem so on the range, if its over 3 years old'ish, it might be worth getting a new one especially just before the winter sets in...
