I am a bit confused trying to figure out the part number for the active rear diff on my 2016 sdv8.

I've been googling and it shows me numbers from Lr070144 to 150

How do I know which one I have?

Try different part supplier's who provide drawings online, you need to use your VIN as there are different differentials for petrol/3.0 diesel and 4.4 diesels. Also there are open type and electronic type thats why there is a larger range of p/n's

For example, see below look at 4026 range and click i for details also click vin check for further confirmation etc details etc
