Can anyone tell me the fluid i need to top up the reservoir..?

JLR Cold climate power steering fluid, or oil to same spec. To see the level, shine a torch through the top...

If you need a lot to top up then you may have the dreaded pipe failure...

Not sure if this normal or not, but the fluid is very brown and below minimum...

Also, the coolant level seemed low and dirty as well.

Do I need to be concerned, or just top up/drain and refill?

From memory the fluid is green.

As said it’s supposed to be light green

A good flush and refill would be a good idea…

That brown fluid has water in it (or coolant). I'd definitely consider flushing it...

If its help, I have used this oil and it seem to be the correct LR spec

I'm not a fan of genuine oils but honestly, hydraulic fluid as well as dif oils I think should be original.
When I had a problem with transfer case it was juddering on turns I changed oils twice with "LR spec" but problem was still there. After some articles and other examples on Internet I changed it with original LR and everything gone(coincidence? Maybe). But since I never used alternative for this systems.
STC50519 on Ebay £56 for 2 litres, which is less than £20 for ravenol...
