What symptoms if the EAS ECU failed? RQT000011

Just inquisitiveness really, I am sorting a suspension issue with my TD6 at the moment and waiting on a new compressor as the current one seems completely dead.

While searching a popular auction site I keep seeing lots of 'L322 Air suspension ECU RQT000011' for sale.
I know the BCU can play up and cause gremlins, but what symptoms (if any) would a failing or failed air suspension ECU give?
Seems strange that I dont think I've ever read on here of anyone having an issue with it Whistle
