Supercharged 5.0 engine performance issue

Hi guys,

Looking for some advice on diagnostic and if possible to point me the way to fix my issue.

Will start from beginning:
2 months ago I experienced pretty much bad shaking and vibration of the body while was on the motorway back home. Was driving it for at least 50 miles like that. At home plugged diagnostic tool and got misfire in cylinder 6. Sparks and coil fixed problem. After about a week Check engine light came up with (Catalytic converter performance below threshold bank 2), which didn't surprise me as it looked like i burnt cat down with misfire. Took it off, inspection showed no signs of something wrong. it wasn't clogged, damaged(physically) or changed in colour. But inside was a lot of black soot on the wall and I decided to replace 2nd and 3rd O2 sensor.
Fault cleared since and in 2000miles never showed again.
And it drives now absolutely the same as it was before this situation.
My concern now is when fault was present in the ecu car had much great acceleration and responded much better if it was before and after when no any fault have been diagnosed.
Should I worry about that and begin to work out the problem?
