It's time for me to replace my EGR cooler/filter and the EGR pipes o-rings, I was wondering if there anything else I should replace whilst am there?

I've a feeling I can do the thermostat housing and pipes around there ie these?

I'll also be trying to flush the system and then replace the coolant bottle with a fresh one.
