Oil in coolant tank

Hi everyone, got oil in my coolant tank on my TDV6.

Car drives fine so presume its the oil cooler. Before i chuck one on have anyone any experience to suggest it maybe something else.

And i think these has one oil cooler for engine oil which is on top of the engine.

Quite common on Gen 2 engines...

Thank you Mike, what would you use to flush the system with?

It’s not very bad where the coolant is still red just can see the oil deposits.

Finally what do you think about nissens oil coolers?
