gap iid tool,,,dpf full again

i was reading a post that said my dpf full message may be faulty exhaust sensor ..if i use my iid tool to measure how much soot is in dpf will this be a true measure or is this a faulty measure due to faulty sensor...i changed my oil cooler about 100 miles ago and cleaned throttle body and four holed box behind as best i could ,this lead to dpf full and so i took down motorway for thirty miles which cleared the dpf soot and any smoke that i had at first...this morning i went collect fresh bread only three mile round trip ...no yellow dpf light just went directly to red ..dpf full visit dealer..any body got any idea ..im off for another thirty miles of wasted diesel ,,its getting boring now! 2011 tdv8 4,4 70k miles id like to thank you guys for for help in the past few months ..also changed my air con condensing rad ..start to finish 5 hrs ..ice cold now ..mike

Check for any air leaks around the 4 hoses onto the doughnut, and the intake hose onto the throttle body. Maybe do a smoke test to be sure.

Sounds like the exact symptoms I had, which was caused by split left hand intake manifold. But as mentioned above I would be checking all intake hoses as your first option, which would be a much cheaper fix.
