2015 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Santorini Black

l405 ac condenser end pipes 0 rings

hi all
i have change ac condenser duo to leak but after replace new condensor vaccum test failed before regasing
with condenser in box was only 2 o ring one small one big
but need to be 2 on each pipes
mechanic fit two new o rings on end of pipes
one on each pipe but missing 2 more
fit all together take car for regas and failed vacum test
anybody knows part numbers for them

2 * LR044466 for the lower connection
