Engine performance has anyone else had this?

Engine performance question L405 Tdv6 3.0.
When I drive my RR and the outside temperature is under 13c the car does not seem to perform as well if the temperature is above this. for some reason it sounds a little louder and growler if you understand what I am saying and the performance seems off.
When the outside temperature is warm the engine and performance seems really quiet and runs very smooth as it should. Could this be down to a sensor fault? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same engine and MY, but if anything it has MORE power when its cold out, (but the engine is up to temperature), which could be expected, I suppose. You really need to scan for DTC’s to see if a sensor has malfunctioned, do you have an OBD scanner like an iiD tool or similar? There could be a number of reasons for rough running. V6 Vogue - “Less is More” - less to go wrong!

In the L494 if temps are low the vehicle alters the engine map to dull the acceleration, very noticeable (even the Mrs commented). If you press the terrain button and let it rise, that takes it out of auto mode and normal values are applied, give that a try. I think it applies the ' car knows best' setting if the temp warning is on, so 4 degrees and below.
