Hello. I bought a Buckingham Blue 5.0 sc, 2010, km 192500

After a month mayhem began:(. Got an engine light and had a reading on left bank cylinders 2 , 4 and 6, NOT 8

P0300, P0304, P0306, P0316.

Messages erased but came back another 1500 km later after start ( once cold and once warm start ) , chain had been done at km 171000 in 2020

You notice that the engine is not happy and there is a slight vibration

Now garage says it most probably is the camshaft adjuster….

Anyone had these codes and what have been the issues?

Makes me kind a sad and clueless on what to do now
