2018 4.4 display screens

I am looking to buy an L405 4.4 from 2018 and I have noticed different display screens on these cars.
The screen I am looking at is the centre top one some appear to be larger and tiltable. Is this an option, model specific or aftermarket do you think?

The tiltable upper screen was introduced with the facelift in 2018, making it an original feature. It is paired with a lower screen that controls climate settings, seat heating/cooling, media functions, terrain response and more.
