I'm trying to investigate a camshaft sensor error message associated with a non-starting issue.

It appears someone has been in here before as a couple of the plastic covers over the rear of engine are cracked.

The main issue is that a couple of the bolts holding on end of a cross brace are turning but not undoing.

Another had previously had the head cut off the bolt. I managed to get this one out (see pics) but the other two are by the shock mount so accessibility is going to be a pain.

Any ideas how to undo them without removing the shock, etc. on that side?
