Different underbody panels between SC and NA L322s?

My underbody paneling looks like the first photo on my N/A L322. But I was at the junkyard this morning and pulled a larger one off a supercharged (2008) model that looks like the one in the bottom photo. Any reason for the difference and any reason I shouldn't install the larger one on mine?

Also noticed that the insulation is deteriorating. Any insight into its purpose? If the foam is just acoustic abatement I might just remove it to tidy it up a bit.

Non-supercharged underbody paneling:

Hi, that will fit just fine. Yours would have originally had that under tray fitted but at some point it’s been removed and left off. 2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC

Hi Brandon, I’ve just noticed that you are also missing the gearbox sump protector frame and panel. That will stop any stones from been kicked up & hitting the plastic sump on the transmission. 👍🏻 2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC
