Can rear entertainment screens be disabled?

I have a 3 year old in a forward facing car seat. I’ve worked out that you can turn them off and you can seem to disable the remote but I’ve not figured out a way of stopping the screen from being interacted with as she can just press it to turn it back on. Child lock doesn’t seem to disable this either.

What year is your car? On my MY17, you can turn it off from the entertainment menu. At least I thought that would stop it coming back on, I must check it out. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

I’ve got a 2019 car. I can remotely turn off the screens, but she can just turn them on again.

The RSE module is in the trunk on the left side under the covers. You can disconnect the two screen harnesses there and they will remain off. You can also remove the seat backs and do the same. Dan. 🇨🇦 2013 L405 5.0 SCV8
