Is this service history good?

Hi All

Im looking into buying a L322, 4.4TDV8 2012 Vogue SE, seen one posted by a dealer I like the look of priced at £9000 and advertised as full service history with 120k on the clock. The dealer has just sent me the service history, items such as the rear propshaft and oil cooler has been replaced, and has been serviced every 10k miles until 80,000 miles, I’ve owned defenders in the past but never a Range Rover

This is my first post of the forum so sorry if this isn’t acceptable

The link below is to a drop box folder with all the service history in if anyone wouldn’t mind having a look.

Jack, the thing I can't see in these receipts is any recent evidence of oil and filter changes. Other work was done as required such as the starter motor presumably because the jeep was struggling to start, the oil cooler was replaced as when it goes and they start to leak, it gets smelly and messy as it cooks oil in the Vee of the engine block.

Everyone will tell you that these TdV8s like regular oil changes but given its a diesel, its hard to tell when oil was swapped as it gets black in no time me.

Look at the general condition and you will get a feel for whether it has been loved and cared for. I'd avoid a tatty one unless it is cheap enough to let you spend money on it.

Only evidence up to 80k, going to have a look at it on thursday, I know to look for rust on the rear arches, oil leaks, knocks when pulling away and going over bumps, any more advise?

Ask about the MOT history
Seems to be a fair number of FAILS and advisories
