Sticking valves in the manifolds
Pump worked but you can only buy the full massage unit.
I do now have a pump and bags!
So use the function or you’ll lose it as this car did having only traveled 3000 miles in three years

Nice car, the colour looks great, inside and out.

Is the access via the back of the chair? Or does the entire seat need to be removed?

You can yes.
It’s a seat out job and then another 5 hours, most of that was trying to figure out removing the head rest, gave up in the end and just pulled the cover up.
You have to power pins in the socket to fold it forward to remove.
