Gap IID and LRv3.0 can't calibrate suspension

Hi there,

I've owned my L322 around 4 months and can't get suspension sorted.

I've bought a 2nd hand Gap IID V3 bluetooth which won't connect to the car at all, despite checking the OBD pins and buying a support package from GAP. They think it's the OBD or faulty tool, but the tool does connect to other Range Rovers.

I've also bought an iCarsoft V3.0 which despite being able to read all values, errors and reset errors, can't activate or trigger any modules, it just says 'an error occurred'.

I also bought the BMW IMPA and ISTA programs but my XP machine is kaput so I can't confirm if these work.

So now I've spent around $750 on workshop fees trying to get the suspension calibrated at a shop, their autel can connect to the car for some reason. It only resulted in the front wheels jacked up and rear at normal height and they think the height sensors are faulty and worn bushings are preventing progress. The ride height selector doesn't seem to do anything logical, eg when I say to go down, the front will go up. The car also seems to take ages to go down when it thinks it needs to. The car had a bit of moisture when I bought it from sitting so it could be an electrical short somewhere on the CANBUS causing the connection issues.

Values from LRv3.0

Wheel / Height from measuring from 20" rim to guard / Height as per iCarsoft / Voltage (height sensor)
Front Right / 875mm / 7.63mm / 1.7v
Front Left / 870mm / -11.75mm / 1.97v
Rear Right / 775mm / -1.13mm / 2.85v
Rear Left / 765mm / 10.00mm / 2.91v

I've added the screen grabs from the tool to the thread plus a photo of the car position.

Does anyone have any insight on how to get the GAP IID to connect to the car, or how to get the iCarsoft L3.0 to be able to operate any modules? I have pulled the headlight plugs out, someone mentioned these can fail and cause the CANBUS comms to fail.

The rear compressor was replaced, aftermarket and looks new but I can check the exhaust valve.
