2012 TDV8 in a LEZ (NOT ULEZ)

I have one of the last 2012 TDV8 Westminster's from the final week of production and when I enter my details into the LEZ checker, I'm being told that the vehicle cannot enter a basic LEZ.

However, when I enter the registration details of other 2011/2012 TDV8's, I'm seeing that they are perfectly fine for the LEZ's.

Is this an error on the part of the LEZ website, or am I missing something? Confused The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

It's definitely a lottery and some info on the database is diffy. For instance my 2011 TDV8 is ok for all LEZs except for London. However my partner's 2012 BMW1 series is not!

I know my 2004 4.4V8 petrol is allowed free in the ULEZ too Shocked but GSXR1250Dave who has the identical car in age and engine is not! it turned out his V5 had an incorrect output written on the V5 originally.

you can contact DVLA and ask them to correct.
Check out his posts to see how he did it.

The odd thing is that if I put the cars original registration into the LEZ checker, it comes back as OK. I did a cherished transfer and it's the current number which comes up as a no-go.

I've also been finding lots of 2010-2012 4.4 TDV8 registration numbers on the FB page and entering them on the system to see what comes back. Most (but not all) are showing as OK for any LEZ. Needless to say, I'm not fussed about the London ULEZ. The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

I've received a reply from the LEZ people telling me that my vehicle needs to be a Euro6 diesel.

Can anyone with knowledge of these things confirm whether or not a 2012 TDV8 is a Euro6?

Edit: Just checked my V5 document and it says the engine is an E5F1 version which presumably is Euro 5. This is a November 2012 Westminster. Surely there can't be any Euro 6 engines in any of the earlier TDV8's?? Confused The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

Database errors. We've a few customers with D4's which are "compliant" when they shouldn't be
