Trailer detection fault possibly

2020 Autobiography SDV6.

Traveling back from France not towing anything, I noticed that the TFR displayed was displaying the incorrect speed limit. After stopping for a break, noted that the car was not automatically dropping to access height, the rear Parking sensors and the blind spot monitoring system was disabled.

The trailer symbol flashes when the lefthand indicator is selected but not with the right hand indicator or hazard flashers.

I checked the towbar wiring as far as possible without removing the bumper including checking the resistance in the earth circuit which was 0.

I also connected a caravan, everything works as it should.

There are no fault codes showing on my I car soft or Top Don Scanners.

I am assuming that the issue must be connected to the left hand indicator circuit but I don't seem to be able to locate a fuse for that circuit.

Any ideas chaps?

I checked everything again and all the systems with the caravan connected, everything works exactly as it should with the caravan connected, I am thinking that the car is detecting a significant load from the left hand indicator circuit, high enough to believe there is a trailer connected, could this be due to a poor earth connection on one of the left hand indicators. I have been unable to find any information on exactly where the earth points are and how to access them on a 2020 Autobiography.
