Hello guys,

I just both new hinges and motors to repair my steps. After the installation the right step is not doing the full movement down. The motor receives a short signal and moves just a little bit. I did replace the motors, use also the old motor, but the result is the same. I reset by the switch, disconnected the acu, but no result. Does anybody have an idea what to do in this situation?

Any advice will be appreciated.
