| steve k Member Since: 05 Apr 2024 Location: Berkshire Posts: 65      | I found that using a local 'chips away' franchise it was far cheaper than using a local body shop that I had a quote for just doing the front bumper - with me removing it and taking it to them. They quoted £600 (£500+VAT) which I totally get as they have a lot of business cost overheads that a mobile painter doesn't have.
