3.6TDV8 knocking noise

Hello i just bought my new to me 2010 L322 facelift with a 3.6TDV8 and it just startet to do some weird nocking noise coming from the engine bottom. It has about 260km on the clock so quit a lot. I think it could be the crankshaft bearings or the bearings from the connecting rods. here is a vid.

If it is really the bearings is there any information out there on how to replace those. Dose the engine need to be Removed or is it possibly to do them with de motor still in the Car?
Thank you very much

Okey so here is an Update:
Yes it was the conrod bearing on piston numbre 6. Its so far gone that the bearing startet to eat in to the crankshaft and the conrod it self. So thats the next step: Replace the engine or the Crankshaft, conrod and all the bearings.

I think it happen because the previos owners lack of maintenance and the oil got thinner because of the diesel thats requierd for the regen. of the DPFs

so well on the search for a new engine i go
