2011 L322 rear seat entertainment control

Hi, i have a 2011 Range rover 4.4 tdv8, it has rear seat entertainment but the remote doesn’t work, it powers up but won’t control either screens, is there a way to pair the remote back up? Picture of remote added.

You can disable the remote from the front screen, if I remember right. Not used mine for a bit.

Assuming there isn’t a fault of course.

And if you have the Supervisor screen on the dash display, that will also stop the remote working….
