Navigation stopped working

The navigation has suddenly stopped working on my car. When I click on the screen I get a message per the photo below. Any ideas?

Just to update this thread, I took my car into my dealer who fixed the problem.

They did say that whilst they had fixed it, it could happen again and they would likely need to replace the module that controls this function, but due to the cyber attack, they would not be able to order in the part right now. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

Another update on this - I took my car in to replace the module, and now I can't sign into the car. I took it back to the dealer who reset the system but it still wouldn't sign in. So the car is booked in again later in the month. All a bit of a faff. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

That sounds like a nightmare.

I suppose you are using voice control and the steering wheel to adjust settings etc? 2024 P550e Autobiography

It's not a huge pain, to be honest. I'm just using CarPlay instead of the LR sat nav / Spotify etc, and all the remote operations on the app still work (pre-heat etc).

The annoying thing is that they actually fixed it "temporarily" but the permanent fix has made everything worse.

Thanks for the sympathy though! Clearly an unusual problem based on the lack of responses to this thread, and the dealer's confusion! 2024 Range Rover P550e AB

I've been keeping an eye on this thread, selfishly, as you look to have the same year/model as I do

Did the dealer give you any idea when they expect, I mean, hope to receive a replacement module in?

Also, do you use voice control much? I try to, but it seems to struggle at times with my Wirral plastic scouse accent Laughing 2024 P550e Autobiography

Well, the module has been replaced - the initial delay was down to the factory shut down, but they quickly booked me in once it was over. I guess that shows that the original problem with the sat nav is not a common failure. I guess we'll see what the new InControl sign in problem is down to - I'm booked to take it in again next week.

In terms of voice control, I do (or did) use Alexa a lot and found it very useful. I don't use the Land Rover voice control at all - should I? Northern accent notwithstanding! 2024 Range Rover P550e AB
