Just to update this thread, I took my car into my dealer who fixed the problem.

Another update on this - I took my car in to replace the module, and now I can't sign into the car. I took it back to the dealer who reset the system but it still wouldn't sign in. So the car is booked in again later in the month. All a bit of a faff. 2024 Range Rover P550e AB |

That sounds like a nightmare.

It's not a huge pain, to be honest. I'm just using CarPlay instead of the LR sat nav / Spotify etc, and all the remote operations on the app still work (pre-heat etc).

I've been keeping an eye on this thread, selfishly, as you look to have the same year/model as I do

Well, the module has been replaced - the initial delay was down to the factory shut down, but they quickly booked me in once it was over. I guess that shows that the original problem with the sat nav is not a common failure. I guess we'll see what the new InControl sign in problem is down to - I'm booked to take it in again next week.
