4.4 TDV8 HDC fault or low voltage???

Hey guys.
I have a 2012 4.4 TDV8 and recently when I'm driving down the motorway, it comes up with HDC fault and three yellow warnings, stability control, Emergency brake and suspension faults.
If I stop the car and restart, every warning light disappears.
I plugged in the icarsoft and its coming up with steering angle error, but when I plug in the live data everything seems fine.
Anyway, i was going through everything and happened to check battery voltage!
Live data from icarsoft is reading 12,7volts when driving and if I accelerate it goes up to 13.5Volts, I know it has a smart charging system but this seems low voltage to me?
I have been told that low voltage can trigger HDC warnings, so I'm thinking it might be the alternator that's on the way out?
What do you guys think?

P.S New battery fitted a month ago.

Check that the battery terminals are tight and that the battery monitor is connected. L405 D350 SE Carpathian Grey D5 19" rims
