2011 TDV8 inlet manifolds removal

Greetings all,
Could some kind member please point me to an appropriate previous post or direct me to the section in the manual "Which I am having trouble navigating" Bow down on removal of inlet manifolds


Its a 2011 L322 4.4 TDV8 Its not the inlet plenum that's already done
shockingly filthy task to say the least It's the two inlet manifolds proper. I am currently de-carbonising the inlet system.
