2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Buckingham Blue

Starter motor 4.2sc

My garage is having trouble getting the starter motor off.
Gone through the manual with them but the top bolt is just out of reach. They cannot get the heatshield out of the way in case they bend it and cannot get in back in place.

Has anybody done this job on the SC?
Can't find anything using search for this engine.

Hopefully someone can help
