2018 lower screen issues

Hi guys
Have this really annoying random blank screen, I have done the software update S22?
Nothing on the screen works when it’s playing up so cannot stop stop start.
Not tried removing the battery yet, the press and hold does nothing on the volume knob.
Any idea?

Well experiment with this issue and if I wait for it to wake up it does go to the media screen as it should, however if I am towing no chance, totally random, comes on as it likes and frozen, it’s annoying as you cannot turn the stop start off.
I will change the lower screen for a later one or new.
