Car will run fine from cold but after a certain time will start to run rough, sort of like it is missing if it were a petrol. If driven it is fine pulling off but once it reaches around the 1700rpm mark it will really start to stutter, if I accelerate over the 1700 rpm it is fine and below 1700rpm. Its like when it goes to that sort of cruising speed it starts. I have used a injector cleaner and it worked for a while. I am leaning towards some sort of sensor or electrical issue before the removing of injectors process. I have also replaced the second fuel pump as well.

Pointing towards injectors needing a service

Mine is suffering this as well. Below that sort of rpm the ecu compensates for worn injectors, above that speed it doesnt as so much fuel is going in there's no point. Like adding a thimble of fuel to a bucket.

This transition point does cause a cough and a stammer.
