Only 25K miles. No check engine light. Scan tool confirms recurring misfire on each cylinder.
Why not check engine light? What would cause only these 3 cylinders to misfire with such low miles.

Swapped 2&4 coils (easiest access) and no change. Hard to believe coils, plugs or injectors would go bad with so few miles. Also doubt bad cam position sensor as those could cause random misfire on any cylinder.

Connectors to coils & injectors are all good
