United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Zermatt Silver
4x4 Info Screen displays wrong height text

Hi to you all!

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this with the touch screen system?

When I select a height change whilst viewing the 4x4 Info page the car icon at the top shows the height change in progress and the wheel/chassis bars move too but the text to the right of the car icon remains showing the original start-up ride height.

The only way I have found to change it is to alter the ride height, shut the car off and let it go to sleep then re-start and the selected height will now be correctly displayed.

The dealer has upgraded the software to the latest available with no luck and it has them beat too! 2012 Westminster TDV8 4.4 Indus Silver

do you do the adjustments whilst the range is stationary or moving, if stationary maybe the figure will change when you move. ... - .- -.

I've tried changing it both moving and stationary and the result is unfortunately the same scarey.

Even tried altering the height before switching to the 4x4 Info page and no joy.

I know its not a major issue but I just like everything to work as it should where possible and I know some may say thats too much to ask on a Land Rover! 2012 Westminster TDV8 4.4 Indus Silver

just checked mine, it has a car icon and the word access to the right,
switch on engine and switch to standard and there is an up arrow to the right of the car icon and the word raising to the right.
when it reaches standard the car icon disappears and there is a horizontal line in its place and the word standard to the right...

hope this helps.. ... - .- -.

Thanks for looking on yours scarey.

Tried the same procedure as you but the word access remains to the right even after the car icon has gone and left the horizontal bar.

Well, a little late I know, but I finally got round to trying disconnecting the battery and have to report that it made no difference, I'm sorry to say. Sad
Any other ideas on this one? 2012 Westminster TDV8 4.4 Indus Silver
